Thank you for shopping at LA MUSA VIII. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues.

International Shipping (UK, Switzerland and Norway)
Standard shipping to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway is €19.99. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping to other non-EU destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes LA MUSA VIII is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
